Mark Zeller
Vice President

 Prior to joining Coosemans-Denver, Inc. as Vice President in July of 2013, Mark worked with a local organic distributor as Vice President of Operations.  There he helped to develop sales and operational goals, and worked to develop the structure to exceed them.  Mark also spent 6 months working with Organic Alliance to establish organic grower relationships in Mexico and develop a profitable supply chain of high quality organic produce into the U.S.

Mark was with Albert's Organics before this, and worked his way through numerous positioins including Sales Manager, Business Manager, General Manager of the Denver Division, and National Business Development Manager for the Western Region.  He was successful in setting all sales and profit records for his divisions and built a solid team of seasoned sales account reps in his time there.

Mark also spent  approximately 4 years at Wild Oats Markets in Boulder, Colorado as Category Manager for Produce and Floral, and National Director of Merchandising for Produce and Floral.

He began his career as a produce clerk in 1975 for King Soopers, a Kroger division in Denver, Colorado, and progressed thorugh the years as a Produce and Floral Merchandiser, HR Management Trainer, Store Manager, and Director of Produce and Floral for King Soopers and City Markets.

Michael Paige
Business Development Specialist

Michael Paige is a Colorado native with over eight years of experience with Coosemans-Denver, Inc.  He loves seeing and tasting new products; as well as promoting them to our customers.  A new member of our sales team, Michael looks forward to learning and growing in his new role.  Feel free to contact him at [email protected].

Kim Adams, CEC
Corporate Chef

Chef Kim recently celebrated her ninth anniversary with Coosemans-Denver, Inc. Kim has worked in such local restaurants as Strings, The Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe and The Mountain Ranch Club at Coors Field.  A Johnson & Wales graduate, she enjoys educating our restaurant community about the wonderful world of specialty produce. Tom Berger
Purchasing Manager

Tom is truly a produce “pro.” He’s been with Coosemans-Denver, Inc. for 19 years, and has a deep understanding of purchasing and receiving. Tom is working daily with our purveyors to assure that we are supplied with only the finest quality products that meet our strict specs. Tom is in touch with our farmers and shippers constantly, and keeps us apprised of supply status, product info and weather issues. He enjoys introducing us to new items as they become available. And he loves a challenge…so never hesitate to ask us to search for the rare, hard-to-find items – and Tom will be “on it.’ He managed our warehouse facility for many years, and still keeps a close eye on inventory controls and receiving standards. Not much slips by this guy.


Mark Johnson
Food Safety Manager
Operations Manager

Mark oversees Coosemans-Denver, Inc.’s warehouse operations, and all aspects of our facility and its safety. Mark has been a member of our team for sixteen years and has over 40 years of experience in the food business. Under Mark’s leadership, our warehouse crew handles our products and your orders with the finest care. Standards are high, and they are met. Mark’s attention to detail assures that our products are properly received, stored, tracked and shipped to you. He takes every precaution to make Coosemans-Denver, Inc. safe and certified. This is something we take very seriously and are very proud of here at Coosemans-Denver, Inc.



Joel Bixler

Joel is our Accounting Manager extraordinaire; he is an accounting professional with over 25 years of experience. Joel runs our accounting offices, and oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures. Joel keeps things running smoothly!


Veronica Hernandez
Receiving/Shipping Manager

Veronica has been instrumental in the smooth operation of our warehouse for over 10 years now, and knows its “ins and outs” better than anyone. A natural leader, Veronica trains and supervises our warehouse crew – keeping them productive and happy. With a keen sense of detail, she oversees the receiving, storage, packing and shipping of your orders. Rest assured that your products are packed with care when in Veronica’s hands.
